Module 2 :Suratul Nasr

Suratun Nasr 

Suratun-Nasr is chapter 110 of the Holy Qur’an. It has three verses. It is a Madinan surah. It can be recited in every daily salat and for supplication to Allah (SWT).

Translation

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

1. When Allah’s help and victory come.
2. And you see people entering the religion of Allah in troops (groups).
3. So praise your Lord and seek forgiveness of Him.He is ever ready to show mercy.

 

Lessons

1. Suratun-Nasr teaches us that victory, help, and success come from Allah (SWT).
2. In Suratun-Nasr, Allah (SWT) promises victory for Islam and the Muslims.
3. Suratul-Nasr teaches us that when Allah (SWT) promises, sooner or later, He will fulfil it.
4. It teaches us to always seek Allah’s (SWT) forgiveness, and that Allah (SWT) is always ready to forgive us.
5. It teaches us to always be thankful to Allah (SWT).
